1. Service Booking
a. Reservations: All reservations must be made through our official website, mobile app, or customer service hotline. A confirmation will be sent to you upon the successful booking of your ride.
b. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods.
c. Cancellations and Modifications: You can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any charges. Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee.
d. No-Shows: A no-show fee equivalent to the full ride cost will be charged if you fail to arrive at the pickup location within a reasonable time.
2. User Conduct
a. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links that you submit, post, and display on our website.
b. Restricted Activities: You are prohibited from abusing our services in any way. This includes but is not limited to engaging in unlawful activities, causing damage to our vehicles or property, or interfering with our operations.
3. Service Delivery
a. Timeliness: We strive to reach all pickup locations promptly. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. Express Transfer GmbH is not liable for any delays that are outside of our control.
b. Safety: We prioritize the safety of our passengers and drivers. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure they meet safety standards.
c. Conduct in Vehicles: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not threaten the safety or comfort of their drivers or fellow passengers.
4. Intellectual Property
The content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Express Transfer GmbH or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers
Express Transfer GmbH does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that the servers that make the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Furthermore, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
