You already have a booking
Once your ride is confirmed, we are reachable around the clock by phone and WhatsApp. To change a booking, write to us; changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.

At the airport and you cannot find your chauffeur
Call your chauffeur: the number comes by e-mail and SMS once assigned. If there is no answer, stay in the arrivals hall and call or message +41 76 218 98 64.
