For each ride, the driver app requires a suit-and-tie photo and photos of the car, inside and out. Anyone who falls short is removed.
Know your chauffeur in the app
Once your chauffeur is assigned, you see their photo, name and phone number, the car model and plate, and live location. Updates by app, email or SMS.

What's included in the price?
The price shown before you pay is all-inclusive: VAT, parking, road, airport, tunnel and ferry charges, traffic costs and any night, weekend or holiday surcharges. Extra stops you add when booking are priced in automatically. Added afterwards, if they apply: waiting beyond the free time, at your request (CHF 20 per started 15 minutes), and on hourly bookings, time or kilometres beyond what you booked.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at Zurich Airport?
In the public arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim and customs. Your chauffeur waits there with your name on a tablet, speaks English and helps with your luggage. Once a chauffeur is assigned, the app shows their photo, name and phone number, so you know who to look for. More on Zurich Airport transfers.
What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We track your flight in real time, and a delay moves your pickup automatically, including any buffer you chose when booking. Example: pickup booked for 10:00, landing planned for 09:50 plus a 10-minute buffer. The flight lands at 10:10, so your pickup moves to 10:20. If you land early, we try to be there sooner but can't promise it; free waiting starts at your booked time.
Do you meet private jets at the FBO or General Aviation terminal?
Yes, at the FBO / General Aviation terminal of any airport. Send us the tail or flight number, the handling agent (FBO) and your ETA. We track the flight and coordinate with the handling agent; your chauffeur waits at the FBO / GA terminal with a name tablet and handles your luggage. For departures, we drop you at the FBO entrance at the time agreed with the crew. Free waiting is 20 minutes, and you see the same all-inclusive price before you pay. At short notice, WhatsApp is fastest.
How long does my chauffeur wait free of charge?
At the airport, 60 minutes from your booked pickup time. At any other address, 20 minutes. Longer waiting is charged only at your request or with your agreement: CHF 20 per started 15 minutes.
Which car will pick me up?
You choose the class when you book: Comfort Sedan (Tesla Model 3, Y or X or similar; up to 3 passengers, 2 suitcases), Business Sedan (Mercedes EQE or E-Class, BMW 5 Series or similar), Business Van (Mercedes V-Class or EQV; up to 6 passengers, 6 suitcases) or First Class (Mercedes S-Class or EQS, BMW i7 or similar). We guarantee the class, not one exact model. Once your chauffeur is assigned, the app shows the car, its plate and your chauffeur's photo and name.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.
How can I pay?
Online, by credit or debit card, when you book: your ride is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, and the price you saw is the price you pay. Approved company accounts can pay by monthly invoice instead.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online booking needs at least 6 hours' notice. For anything sooner, WhatsApp is the fastest way to check availability, or call +41 76 218 98 64. New requests are answered from 07:00 to 22:00.
Do you drive at night, on weekends and holidays?
Yes. Rides run 24/7, holidays included, and any night, weekend or holiday surcharge is already in the price you see. New requests are answered from 07:00 to 22:00. Clients with a confirmed night ride have support around the clock.
Are child seats really free?
Yes. Baby seats, child seats and booster seats cost nothing extra. Select what you need when you book.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes, once your company account is approved: Swiss companies after approval and an agreed volume, international companies after a proven volume of completed rides. You receive one invoice at the start of each month for the previous month, with 10 days to pay. With 20 or more completed rides in a month, you get 10% off that month's invoice.
