How it works

Your transfer to the St. Moritz events

Every ride is private: your car, your chauffeur. Chauffeurs in suit and tie, English-speaking, vetted by the owner.

Zurich Airport to St. Moritz

From CHF 610 one way (Comfort Sedan). Exact all‑inclusive price before you pay.

  1. Book

Route, date, class and flight number. Note your skis and snowboards in the booking comment.

  2. We track your flight

A delay moves your pickup, and your 60 minutes of free waiting run from the new pickup time.

  3. Meet your chauffeur

At the exit from baggage reclaim and customs in the hall your flight uses (Arrival 1 or 2), with your name on a tablet.

  4. Door to door to St. Moritz

About 209 km, about 2 h 50 in normal conditions. Short stops on the way are free.

Can't find your chauffeur? Call the chauffeur's number, sent when a chauffeur is assigned. If you can't reach them, stay in the arrivals hall and call or WhatsApp +41 76 218 98 64. Meeting point at Zurich Airport

The winter drive to the events

  • In winter we drive over the Julier Pass, which is open all year; the route map, the car-train option and the drive in detail are on our page Zurich Airport to St. Moritz transfer.
  • In winter, every car runs on winter tyres. 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.
  • Reach us 24/7 once your ride is confirmed: +41 76 218 98 64, phone or WhatsApp.
  • If a road is closed, we look for another route and check official information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, drive you to the nearest train station and help you buy your ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.
  • Snow and traffic can add time; we don't promise a fixed winter travel time.

  • Travelling with friends, colleagues or guests? A Business Van takes up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases; for more, we send several cars on one written plan.

Can you drop us at the lake on event days?

Do skis and snowboards cost extra?

No, they travel free. Write the number of ski pairs and snowboards and, if you know them, the ski lengths in the booking comment, so we can plan the right car and rack.

What does the price include, and when is it higher?

The from-price is for a Comfort Sedan, one way. Every price is all‑inclusive: VAT, parking, airport fees, tolls, tunnels and car trains. It is higher for a larger class and on a few peak dates; if your date is one of them, the booking tells you. You see the exact price before you pay.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.
