Companies and assistants
Airport transfers for your team and your visitors, rides between meetings, a chauffeur by the hour. You book for someone else in a minute, and both of you receive the confirmation and the chauffeur's details.
Hotels and concierge desks
Arrivals with your guest's name on the tablet, transfers to the mountains with the skis on board, a car by the hour for the day. For a pickup within 6 hours, WhatsApp is the fastest way to check availability.
Agencies, DMCs and event planners
Several vehicles, several days, one written plan. We quote per vehicle class and can make the bookings for you.
Company account
One account for your whole team
Open an account in your company's name and book on the website or in the app. The price of every ride is confirmed before you book.
Book for colleagues and guests
Choose “I am booking for someone else” and enter the passenger's name and mobile number. You both receive the confirmation; the chauffeur's name and number follow by 20:00 on the evening before the ride.
Card or monthly invoice
Pay by card from the first ride. Approved company accounts pay by invoice: one invoice at the start of each month for the previous month, with 10 days to pay.
The name you choose at arrivals
Your chauffeur waits with a tablet showing the passenger's name, or your company's name if you prefer.
Changes without a fee
Change the time, the address or the vehicle class free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. A price difference is charged or refunded.
Included
In every ride, at no extra cost
- At the airport, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim and customs. We track the flight; 60 minutes of waiting are included, counted from the new pickup time if the flight is late.
- At any other address, 20 minutes of waiting are included.
- On board: bottled water, charging cables and Wi-Fi.
- A chauffeur in suit and tie, who helps with the luggage.
- Child seats, chosen in the booking.
- In the price: VAT, tolls, parking and airport fees.

Four classes through vetted partners; most of the fleet is electric. Up to 3 guests in a Comfort or Business Sedan, 2 in First Class, up to 6 in the Business Van.

For board meetings, roadshows, conferences and delegations we plan the whole programme and confirm it in writing: vehicles, chauffeurs, schedule and price in one quote. One contact for the whole programme: our main number, answered by the owner.

From the first request to the ride

Use the quote form, write to contact@expresstransfer.ch or message us on WhatsApp. For a single ride, the booking form shows the price at once.

Price in writing
For several rides or vehicles you receive a written quote with vehicles, schedule and price.

Confirm and pay
Card via a Stripe payment link, or invoice for approved company accounts.

On the day
Passenger and booker receive the chauffeur's details. Once your rides are confirmed, we are reachable around the clock.
The company
Who you are dealing with
Express Transfer GmbH is a Swiss limited liability company based in Winterthur, Canton of Zurich, in the commercial register since January 2024 and registered for VAT (CHE-236.419.159 MWST). The managing director, Dumitru Cotovanu, selects every chauffeur in person.
