Zurich Airport to your hotel, by private car
From Zurich Airport to your hotel door: your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a tablet and drives you to the hotel entrance, about 11 km and 20 minutes to the city centre, for about CHF 80 per car. On the way back, we pick you up at the hotel and drop you at your check-in.
Train, taxi or private car to your hotel?
- Train: according to Zurich Airport, SBB trains leave for Zurich main station (HB) about every 10 minutes and take about 15 minutes (checked on 25 October 2026). From there you continue by tram, on foot or by taxi, with your luggage.
- Taxi: taxis wait at the inner kerbside lanes of Arrival 1 and Arrival 2 and run on the meter. Zurich Airport's own page puts a taxi to the city centre at around CHF 65 (checked on 25 October 2026). More on our page about the Zurich Airport taxi.
- Private car with us: about CHF 80 per car to a city-centre hotel; the exact all-inclusive price is fixed before you pay. Your chauffeur follows your flight, waits up to 60 minutes free of charge, carries the luggage and stops at the hotel door.
A private car is worth it when you land late, travel with children or several suitcases, or go straight from the plane to a meeting.

Hotels outside Zurich city
We drive to any hotel a car may reach, anywhere in Switzerland and in neighbouring countries. Closer by, a Comfort Sedan between Zurich Airport and Winterthur costs from CHF 120, and to Zug from CHF 170. Further away, typical rides with distances and times from our booking system in normal conditions:
- Lucerne: about 68 km, about 50 minutes; for Weggis, Vitznau or the Bürgenstock, enter the hotel's address in the booking
- Basel: about 87 km, about 1 hour
- Andermatt: about 125 km, about 1 h 35, through the Schöllenen gorge
- Interlaken and the Jungfrau region: about 135 km, about 1 h 45 to Interlaken
- Davos: about 154 km, about 2 hours
- St. Moritz: about 209 km, about 2 h 50, over the Julier Pass, open all year
- Gstaad: about 210 km, about 2 h 40, with no pass on the way
Each page shows the from-price; the booking shows the exact price for every class before you pay. For a day of meetings, or a dinner with the car waiting outside, book a chauffeur by the hour: from CHF 90 an hour, with 20 km included per hour.
From your hotel to Zurich Airport
Your chauffeur is at the hotel entrance at the booked time, usually about 10 minutes early, loads the luggage and drives you to your airline's check-in area: Check-in 1, 2 or 3. 20 minutes of waiting at the hotel are included; after that, waiting costs CHF 20 per started 15 minutes. Early flights are no problem: we drive 24/7, holidays included, and any night surcharge is already in the price.
For hotels and concierge desks
Book for a guest in two minutes. On our booking page, choose “I am booking for someone else”, enter your guest's name and mobile number, and the name for the tablet: your guest's or your hotel's. Your desk and the guest both receive the confirmation and the chauffeur's details.
Or simply send us the details. By e-mail or WhatsApp: the guest's name, the date, the flight number or pickup time, the hotel, and the number of guests and suitcases. We enter the ride and send you the booking with a payment link. For a pickup within 6 hours, WhatsApp is the fastest way to check availability.
Several guests at once. Groups, weddings and delegations: several vehicles on request, subject to availability, confirmed in writing.
Company account. Hotels that book regularly can pay by invoice once their company account is approved: one invoice at the start of each month for the previous month, with 10 days to pay. Booking regularly? Tell us your main routes and how often, and we reply with a written quote.
Discretion. We sign NDAs on request.
