Who is behind it
Express Transfer GmbH was founded in January 2024 in Winterthur by Dumitru Cotovanu, who has driven guests professionally since 2020 and ran the service under his own name before. He is the managing director, answers the main phone number himself and selects every chauffeur in person.
How we work
Chauffeurs we know personally
We work with chauffeur partners selected by the owner. Our core chauffeurs have between 7 and more than 25 years of professional driving behind them, each with at least five years in Zurich. Every chauffeur wears a suit and tie, helps with the luggage and speaks English.
Cars prepared for you
Every vehicle is cleaned before each ride. Water, charging cables and Wi-Fi are on board.
A fair price, fixed in advance
The booking shows the all-inclusive price before you pay: VAT, tolls, parking and airport fees are in it.
We stay reachable
Rides run 24/7, holidays included. Once your ride is confirmed, support is 24/7.
Fleet
Four classes, mostly electric
Comfort Sedan, Business Sedan, Business Van and First Class, through vetted partners. “Or similar”: the exact model may vary within the class.
