We pick you up at your hotel, home or office, anywhere in Switzerland or a neighbouring country.
Pickup at your door
Your chauffeur is at your address at the booked time, usually about 10 minutes early, then helps with the luggage and drives you directly to Zurich Airport. At the airport, your chauffeur drops you at your airline's check-in area: Check-in 1, 2 or 3. The car is yours alone, not a shared airport shuttle. 20 minutes of waiting are included at your address.
Early flights
We drive at any hour, the first flights of the morning included. You receive your chauffeur's name and number by 20:00 the evening before your ride; if you book later than that, at least 2 hours before pickup.

When to leave for Zurich Airport
You choose the pickup time when you book; your booking confirmation shows the date and the local time. Be at the airport 2–3 hours before your flight, especially for international flights, and allow for traffic. From Zurich city the drive takes about 20 minutes.
Leave Lucerne 4 hours before a long‑haul flight, 3½ hours before a flight within Europe. Leave Basel 4½ hours before a long‑haul flight, 4 hours before a flight within Europe. In weekday rush hours, allow extra time.
Luggage and child seats
Tell us in the booking how many suitcases travel with you: 2 fit in a sedan, up to 6 in the Business Van. Baby, child and booster seats are included; select them when you book. Skis and oversize luggage on request: add a note in the booking comment.
If your plans change
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup and get the full amount back. Until then, changing the time, address or vehicle class is also free of charge, subject to availability; if the price changes, you pay the difference or get it back. If your flight is moved or cancelled, write to us as soon as you know.
