Crossing into Germany

  • Travel documents: For Germany and Austria, the rules of their authorities apply. On a ride into Switzerland, everyone needs in principle a valid travel document recognised by Switzerland; which documents count depends on your nationality (State Secretariat for Migration, sem.admin.ch).
  • Customs on a ride into Switzerland: personal effects such as clothing, sports equipment, mobile phones and laptops come in free of tax and duty; for other goods, VAT or customs duties can be due (Federal Office for Customs and Border Security, bazg.admin.ch).

The from-price is for a Comfort Sedan, one way. Every price is all‑inclusive: VAT, parking, airport fees, tolls, tunnels and car trains. It is higher for a larger class and on a few peak dates; if your date is one of them, the booking tells you. You see the exact price before you pay.

Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes, once your company account is approved: Swiss companies after approval and an agreed volume, international companies after a proven volume of completed rides. You receive one invoice at the start of each month for the previous month, with 10 days to pay.

My flight is late: do I pay for waiting?
No. We track your flight; a delay moves your pickup, and your 60 minutes of free waiting run from the new pickup time.

Can I cancel for free?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.
