Car-free resorts
Car-free resorts: where your transfer ends
Some resorts keep cars out. We drive you to the last point a car may go, unload, help with your luggage and show you the next step.
- Zermatt
- Matterhorn Terminal Täsch, at the free drop-off zone. The shuttle train runs every 20 minutes in the daytime and takes 12 minutes; free luggage trolleys (with a deposit) go on the train.
- Saas-Fee
- The car park at the village entrance, where your luggage is unloaded at the terminal. Some hotels collect their guests there; electric taxis are best booked the day before.
- Wengen
- Lauterbrunnen station. The train up to Wengen takes 12 minutes.
- Mürren
- Lauterbrunnen (cableway and train, about 20 minutes) or Stechelberg (cable car).
- Oberlech
- Lech (Oberlech is car-free from December to April); the Oberlech cable car takes you up.

Snow on the road
Snow and traffic can add time, so we don't promise a fixed winter travel time. Support is available 24/7 for confirmed rides.
- Winter tyres on every car; 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.
- In winter some passes close. We take the open roads and, where it is faster, the car trains (for example Lötschberg into Valais). Car-train, tunnel and toll fees are included in your price.
- If a road closes, we look for another route using the latest road and traffic information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, take you to the nearest train station and help with the ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.

Do skis and snowboards cost extra?
No, they travel free. Write the number of ski pairs and snowboards and, if you know them, the ski lengths in the booking comment, so we can plan the right car and rack.
Which car for four people with skis?
A Business Van: up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, and the skis travel with you if you tell us the pairs in advance. Two sedans with roof racks are the other option.
How far can you drive me in Zermatt, Saas-Fee or Wengen?
To the last point a car may go: Täsch for Zermatt, the car park at the village entrance for Saas-Fee, Lauterbrunnen for Wengen, and Lauterbrunnen or Stechelberg for Mürren. Your chauffeur unloads and helps with your luggage (details on car-free resorts).
What if a road closes or snow slows us down?
We look for another route using the latest road and traffic information. If there is none, we wait with you until the road reopens or, if you prefer, take you to the nearest train station and help with the ticket. You are never left on your own. Is a 4x4 guaranteed?
No. Every car runs on winter tyres, and 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.
What does “from CHF” include, and when is it higher?
The from-price is for a Comfort Sedan, one way, on regular dates. Every price is all-inclusive: VAT, parking, airport fees, tolls, tunnels and car trains. It is higher for a larger class and on 24–26 December, 31 December–1 January and 15–25 January 2027. You see the exact price before you pay.
My flight is late: do I pay for waiting?
No. We track your flight; a delay moves your pickup, and your 60 minutes of free waiting run from the new pickup time.
Can we stop for groceries on the way?
Yes. Short stops of 5–15 minutes are free. Add a longer stop, such as a supermarket or a meal, when you book.
Can I book less than 6 hours before pickup?
Online booking needs 6 hours' notice. For a sooner pickup, WhatsApp is the fastest way: +41 76 218 98 64. New requests are answered from 07:00 to 22:00 (Zurich time).
