  • During the event week, leave Davos 5–6 hours before your flight; be at the airport 2–3 hours before.

What you can book for the week

A car and chauffeur at your disposal in Davos

By the hour (minimum 4 hours) or by the day, for meetings, dinners and receptions in Davos and Klosters. On request the same chauffeur stays with you for several days, within the legal driving and rest times; the chauffeur's accommodation is included in the quoted price.

Transfers between Zurich and Davos

From Zurich Airport, your hotel in Zurich or the private-jet terminal to your hotel in Davos, and back in time for your flight. At the passenger terminal we track your flight, and 60 minutes of waiting are free; at the private-jet terminal and at your hotel, 20 minutes.

Delegations and several cars

One written plan for all vehicles: arrivals, the daily schedule and departures. Mix the classes as your group needs.

Other rides in the same programme

Davos to St. Moritz, to another airport or back to Zurich late in the evening: on request, in the same quote.

Transfers in a Comfort or Business Sedan: book online. Business Van, First Class, a car at your disposal in Davos and several vehicles: on request.

Availability that week is limited. Please book as early as you can.

Four things we put in writing

Your chauffeur and your car, named

Within 48 hours of your payment (for a programme: the deposit stated in your quote) you receive, in writing, the chauffeur's name and the vehicle with its number plate. The chauffeur's mobile number follows by the evening before your first ride. If chauffeur or vehicle has to be replaced, you get the new details before the ride.

You book a class, not a model; we tell you which car of that class is yours.

Badge and sticker for the secured hotels

During the event week, your Davos ride is driven by a chauffeur holding the police driver badge, in a car with the vehicle sticker for drop-offs and pick-ups at the secured hotels.

Where a street is closed to cars, as some were in 2026, we drop you at the nearest permitted point and tell you in advance.

One contact for the whole programme

One contact for your whole programme: our main number +41 76 218 98 64, answered by the owner.

Once your rides are confirmed, you reach us around the clock. Your chauffeur may be one of our vetted partner chauffeurs; your contact stays the same.

A fixed price

The price in your written quote is fixed when you accept it. It includes VAT, fuel, road and tunnel charges, parking and the chauffeur's accommodation. Afterwards we charge only what you add: extra hours or kilometres, a route change you ask for, and waiting beyond the included time, at the rates stated in your quote.

What we can't promise that week: access to every street and zone, a fixed travel time or a specific car model.
