One ski area, two valleys

Arosa and Lenzerheide share one ski area, Arosa Lenzerheide, but lie in two valleys above Chur, so the last part of the drive differs. Typical driving times from the booking system, without snow or traffic.

To Arosa

From Chur the Schanfigg road climbs 30 km with many bends, about 40 minutes. In Arosa a night driving ban applies from midnight to 6:00; direct arrivals and departures are allowed, so your transfer still reaches your hotel.

To Lenzerheide

From Chur-South the road climbs through Churwalden and Parpan to Valbella and Lenzerheide. We drive to your hotel or chalet door in any of them.

  • If a road is closed, we look for another route and check official information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, drive you to the nearest train station and help you buy your ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.
  • Snow and traffic can add time; we don't promise a fixed winter travel time.

No. We track your flight; a delay moves your pickup, and your 60 minutes of free waiting run from the new pickup time.

Can I cancel for free?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.

How is this different from a taxi at the airport?
A taxi from the rank usually runs on the meter, and you pay at the end. With us you book ahead and see the all‑inclusive price before you pay; traffic does not change it. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a tablet, follows your flight and waits up to 60 minutes free of charge. You choose the vehicle class, and child seats are included.
