Meet & Greet
For an airport pickup included in your confirmed itinerary, your chauffeur meets you in the landside Arrivals Hall after baggage collection and customs, with your name on a tablet and help with your luggage.
Included pickup waiting
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting from the scheduled pickup time, or the adjusted pickup time if your flight is delayed. The adjustment keeps your chosen buffer between landing and pickup. Other pickups include 20 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. These are pickup allowances, not extra hours of hourly service or waiting allowances at every stop.
Child seats
Baby, child and booster seats are included. Select the type and number needed, and add each child's age, height and known weight in the booking comments so we can check the right setup.
Cancellation
For an unchanged original booking with no non-refundable amount, cancellations received at least 24 hours before the original confirmed pickup time receive a full refund. After a confirmed change, the revised confirmation's pickup time and cancellation terms apply; any amount already made non-refundable remains non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the applicable pickup time are charged in full, with no refund. An automatic pickup adjustment for a flight delay does not move the cancellation deadline.
