Demand is exceptionally high that week and our availability limited, so event-week rates apply to all rides from 15 to 25 January 2027, and only then.

Vehicles, chauffeurs and schedule are confirmed in writing in your quote, subject to availability.
During the event week, your Davos ride is driven by a chauffeur holding the police driver badge, in a car with the vehicle sticker for drop-offs and pick-ups at the secured hotels.
- Please book as early as you can.
- What we can't promise that week: access to every street and zone, a fixed travel time or a specific car model.
- If your pickup or drop-off point has to change, we tell you in advance.
What applied in 2026
- Checks on all roads into Davos, with possible waiting times: carry ID and your hotel confirmation.
- Security zones around the Congress Centre, several hotels, the heliport and the ice stadium, 18–23 January 2026.
- Some streets were open only to authorised vehicles, so a drop-off may be at the nearest permitted point.
We update this when the 2027 rules are published (in December in the past two years).

Winter
Ready for snow on the road to Davos
- In winter, every car runs on winter tyres. 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.
- Reach us 24/7 once your ride is confirmed: +41 76 218 98 64, phone or WhatsApp.
If a road is closed, we look for another route and check official information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, drive you to the nearest train station and help you buy your ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.
Snow and traffic can add time; we don't promise a fixed winter travel time.
