Ready for snow on the road to Davos

In winter, every car runs on winter tyres. 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.

If a road is closed, we look for another route and check official information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, drive you to the nearest train station and help you buy your ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.

Snow and traffic can add time; we don't promise a fixed winter travel time.

How long is the drive?

About 154 km, about 2 hours in normal conditions. Snow, traffic and, in the event week, road checks (as in 2026) can add time.

Where exactly do I meet my chauffeur?

At the exit from baggage reclaim and customs, in Arrival 1 or Arrival 2, with your name on a tablet; if you can't find your chauffeur, see the steps above.

Can we bring skis?

Yes: on a roof rack or inside with a seat folded, if you tell us in the booking comment (details on carrying skis).

What if a road is closed?

We find another route or wait with you, and you are never left on your own (details on road closures). A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.

What's included, and can anything be added later?

The price shown before you pay is all-inclusive: VAT, parking, road, airport, tunnel and ferry charges, traffic costs, any night, weekend or holiday surcharges and the stops you book. Short stops of 5–15 minutes are free. Afterwards, we charge only for a route change you ask for, long stops such as a restaurant meal, extra waiting (CHF 20 per started 15 minutes) and, on hourly bookings, extra time or kilometres.

Can you drop us at a secured hotel during the event week?

During the event week, your Davos ride is driven by a chauffeur holding the police driver badge, in a car with the vehicle sticker for drop-offs and pick-ups at the secured hotels. Where a street is closed to cars, as some were in 2026, we drop you at the nearest permitted point and tell you in advance. Can you drive us around Davos or stay for several days?

During the event week, a chauffeur within Davos is available on request (by the hour, minimum 4 hours). Outside it, our rides start or end in the Canton of Zurich. The same chauffeur can stay for several days, accommodation included in the quote. Multi-day programmes are on request and confirmed in writing: see group and delegation transfers.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.
