What we coordinate
Every ride of your programme, from one team
Airport arrivals, transfers between hotels and venues, chauffeurs by the hour and longer journeys, in one car or several.
Airport arrivals
Your name on a tablet at the exit from baggage reclaim and customs, in Arrival 1 or 2. We track every flight; 60 minutes of free waiting run from the pickup time, or from the new one after a delay.
Transfers between hotels, venues and meetings
Private rides for your whole group, in one car or several, on a schedule we confirm in writing.
Chauffeur by the hour
2–24 hours per booking, 20 km included per hour. Longer jobs are booked separately; extensions are subject to availability. On long bookings, breaks and a change of chauffeur are arranged. From 15 to 25 January 2027, the minimum is 4 hours.
City-to-city and cross-border
Anywhere in Switzerland or a neighbouring country, with one end of every ride in the Canton of Zurich.
Private jet arrivals
Your chauffeur waits at the General Aviation terminal or FBO, with 20 minutes of free waiting. No ramp access.
Several vehicles and multi-day programmes on request: vehicles, chauffeurs and schedule are confirmed in writing in your quote, subject to availability.

Four classes through vetted partners; most of the fleet is electric. Up to 3 guests and 2 suitcases in a Comfort or Business Sedan, 2 guests in First Class, up to 6 in the Business Van. Mix the classes as your programme needs.

For organisers
Booking for guests, company accounts and languages
Book for your guests
In the booking, choose “I am booking for someone else”, with or without an account, and enter the name for the tablet. Forward the confirmation and the chauffeur's details to your guests.
Company account
Register a company account and pay by card online, or by monthly invoice after approval: see our corporate chauffeur service.
Languages
All chauffeurs speak English. Other languages on request, subject to availability. Written support in French by WhatsApp or e-mail.

Delegations in Davos during the WEF Annual Meeting week
- Several vehicles and multi-day programmes in Davos: confirmed in writing in your quote, subject to availability.
- A chauffeur within Davos by the hour, on request (minimum 4 hours).
- Event-week rates apply to all rides from 15 to 25 January 2027; Van and First Class on request.
During the event week, your Davos ride is driven by a chauffeur holding the police driver badge, in a car with the vehicle sticker for drop-offs and pick-ups at the secured hotels.

What if plans change?
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time; a flight delay does not move this deadline. Within 24 hours, the full amount may be retained. Companies can agree other terms by contract.
Pickups from 15 to 25 January 2027, booked online or by quote: free cancellation up to 14 days before pickup (for a programme, before its first ride); after that, the full amount is charged.
