Express Transfer GmbH

Chauffeur Partners

Express Transfer chauffeur partner companies

Grow your chauffeur business with Express Transfer

We partner with established chauffeur and fleet companies that are registered, licensed and commercially insured. This is a supplier partnership, not an application for employment. Every company, chauffeur and vehicle must meet our service and compliance standards before activation.

What we look for in a partner company

Registered company

An established legal entity with an authorised business contact.

Licensed operations

The licences and permits required for commercial passenger transport in every service area.

Commercial insurance

Appropriate commercial cover for the company, its chauffeurs and its vehicles.

Premium service standards

Professional presentation, punctuality, clear communication, flight tracking and Meet & Greet.

Approved chauffeurs and vehicles

Each chauffeur and vehicle is reviewed before that combination can receive an assignment.

Capacity where it is needed

We assess each introduction against current regions, vehicle classes and operational demand; no booking volume is guaranteed.

How partnership works

We start with a short company introduction. Sensitive documents are requested only in a private onboarding step from companies invited to continue.

Our process

  1. Eligibility review — company profile, service areas, chauffeurs, vehicles, languages and current capacity.
  2. Private verification — company, first chauffeur and first vehicle documents.
  3. Standards and onboarding — operating requirements, service expectations and training.
  4. Agreement — commercial terms, responsibilities, payout and compliance are agreed privately.
  5. Activation — assignments begin only after the company, chauffeur and vehicle combination is approved.

What to prepare for the first introduction

  • Company name, authorised contact, business email and phone.
  • Registered office, base and service areas.
  • Approximate number of chauffeurs and vehicles, plus one representative vehicle make, model and year.
  • Available languages and the types of trips you can serve.
  • Confirmation that the company is registered, appropriately licensed and commercially insured.

Do not email identity documents, driving licences, bank details or insurance certificates at this stage. We request them privately only if your company is invited to onboarding.
