If your group is larger than 6, we can arrange two vehicles — a combination of Business Van and Business Sedan is the most common solution for groups of 7 to 9. Is the group transfer price per person or per vehicle?
The fare is per vehicle, not per person. Whether there are 2 or 6 passengers in the van, the price is the same fixed fare confirmed at booking. This makes the Business Van very cost-effective for groups of 4 or more compared to booking multiple smaller vehicles.
Can we carry ski equipment and oversized luggage?
Yes. The Business Van has generous cargo space for ski bags, boot bags, golf bags, and oversized items. Please mention any special luggage at the time of booking so your driver is prepared. For very large volumes of equipment, contact us in advance to confirm capacity for your specific requirements.
What happens if our group's flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked in real time from the moment it departs. If delayed, your driver adjusts their position at ZRH automatically. The 60 minutes of free waiting is counted from your actual landing time, not the scheduled time. No one in the group needs to call or message anyone.
Can we book a return group transfer from our destination back to ZRH?

Do you provide child seats for families travelling with young children?
