What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.
Pickups from 15 to 25 January 2027, booked online or by quote: free cancellation up to 14 days before pickup (for a programme, before its first ride); after that, the full amount is charged.

Why are prices different from 15 to 25 January 2027?
During the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos (18–22 January 2027), demand is exceptionally high and our availability is limited, so event-week rates apply to all rides from 15 to 25 January 2027. Outside these dates, event-week rates do not apply.
