Winter road
The winter road to St. Moritz
We drive via Chur and Lenzerheide over the Julier Pass, which is open all year. The Albula and Flüela passes close in winter.
- If the Julier is closed, we take the Vereina car train from Klosters (18 minutes) into the Engadine. Car-train fees are included in your price.
- In winter, every car runs on winter tyres. 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.

If a road is closed, we look for another route and check official information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, drive you to the nearest train station and help you buy your ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.
Snow and traffic can add time; we don't promise a fixed winter travel time.
