Your transfer to Gstaad, step by step

Every ride is private: your car, your chauffeur. Chauffeurs in suit and tie, English-speaking, vetted by the owner.

Zurich Airport to Gstaad

  1. Book

Route, date, class and flight number. Note your skis and snowboards in the booking comment.

  2. We track your flight

A delay moves your pickup, and your 60 minutes of free waiting run from the new pickup time.

  3. Meet your chauffeur

At the exit from baggage reclaim and customs in the hall your flight uses (Arrival 1 or 2), with your name on a tablet.

  4. Door to door to Gstaad

Gstaad and the Saanenland

We drive via Bern and Spiez through the Simmental to Saanen and Gstaad, with no pass on the way. Side-valley roads around Gstaad are narrow and winding and can be snowy in winter.

From‑prices: Comfort Sedan for up to 3 passengers, one way.

Gstaad's village centre and promenade are free of traffic. If your hotel is in that zone, we stop at the nearest point a car may go, unload and help with your luggage. Chalets in Saanen, Schönried, Saanenmöser or Lauenen: enter the address and see your price.

Planned season 2026/27: Gstaad Saanenmöser: from 20 November if skiing is possible, until 4 April; Glacier 3000: 7 November – 30 April

Gstaad's tourist office names two more roads into the Saanenland: from the A12 exit at Bulle via Château-d'Oex, and from Aigle in the Rhône valley over the Col du Pillon via Gsteig. Your chauffeur takes the one that suits your route and the day's conditions.

In winter

  • In winter, every car runs on winter tyres. 4x4 vehicles and snow chains are available.
  • Reach us 24/7 once your ride is confirmed: +41 76 218 98 64, phone or WhatsApp.
  • If a road is closed, we look for another route and check official information. If there is none, we wait with you until it reopens or, if you prefer, drive you to the nearest train station and help you buy your ticket. You are never left on your own. A detour or waiting because of a road closure costs you nothing extra.
  • Snow and traffic can add time; we don't promise a fixed winter travel time.

Good to know

Gstaad transfer: your questions

How far is Gstaad from Zurich Airport?

About 210 km; the drive takes about 2 h 40 in normal conditions. Snow and traffic can add time.

What does a transfer from Zurich Airport to Gstaad cost?

From CHF 610 one way in a Comfort Sedan, for up to 3 passengers. The booking shows the exact all‑inclusive price for your date, time and class before you pay.

Can you drive up to our hotel in the centre of Gstaad?

The village centre and promenade are free of traffic. If your hotel is there, we stop at the nearest point a car may go, unload and help with your luggage; everywhere else, we drive to the door.

Do skis and snowboards cost extra?

No, they travel free. Write the number of ski pairs and snowboards and, if you know them, the ski lengths in the booking comment, so we can plan the right car and rack.

Which car for a family of four with skis?

A Business Van: up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, and the skis travel with you if you tell us the pairs in advance. Two sedans with roof racks are the other option.

My flight is late: do I pay for waiting?

No. We track your flight; a delay moves your pickup, and your 60 minutes of free waiting run from the new pickup time.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed pickup time. A flight delay does not move this deadline. If you cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up, the full amount may be retained.

How is this different from a taxi at the airport?

A taxi from the rank usually runs on the meter, and you pay at the end. With us you book ahead and see the all‑inclusive price before you pay; traffic does not change it. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a tablet, follows your flight and waits up to 60 minutes free of charge. You choose the vehicle class, and child seats are included.
