Book Your Event
How far in advance should I book special event transportation?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for weddings, galas, and major corporate events. During peak periods such as June and September (wedding season), and during Art Basel, Zurich Film Festival, and WEF, two to four weeks ahead is advisable. Same-day booking may be possible for a single vehicle — contact us to confirm.
Can I book multiple vehicles for a large event?
Yes. Multi-vehicle event programmes are one of our core specialities. We coordinate simultaneous arrivals and departures for guest groups of any size, with a single point of contact managing the full programme. Contact us at contact@expresstransfer.ch to discuss your event requirements.
Do you provide event transportation outside Zurich?
Yes. We operate across all of Switzerland — Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Geneva, Montreux, Interlaken, and all Swiss destinations. For estate and vineyard venues in the Valais and Ticino, we have full route and approach road knowledge.
Do you provide late-night event transportation?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Late-night event departures, gala dinners, and after-event transfers are all fully supported. There is no late-night surcharge on confirmed bookings.
Can the vehicle be decorated for a wedding?
Yes. Wedding ribbons, flowers, and decorative accessories can be arranged on request. Please specify your requirements when booking and our team will confirm the available options for your vehicle class.
What is the cancellation policy for event bookings?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled event time. For multi-vehicle programmes and large events, we recommend confirming final numbers as early as possible. Contact our team at contact@expresstransfer.ch for event-specific cancellation terms.
