The quote includes VAT, parking, road and airport charges, traffic-related costs and any configured night, weekend or public-holiday surcharges for the journey details you book. The arrival buffer is the time you allow between scheduled landing and your booked pickup. If your flight is delayed, we keep that same buffer when adjusting pickup. The included 60 minutes begins at the booked or delay-adjusted pickup time, not directly at landing. An early arrival does not start the waiting clock early if your chauffeur cannot advance the pickup.

Yes. A pickup at your hotel or another non-airport address includes 20 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. The 60-minute airport allowance applies when the pickup is at an airport, not simply because the destination is Zürich Airport. Each leg is considered separately.

Yes. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are included and can be selected in booking. In the comments, add the seat type and number needed, plus each child’s age, height and known weight, so the right configuration can be checked.

Describe skis, bicycles, pushchairs, oversized luggage or mobility requirements in the booking comments. Contact us before confirming if you need capacity checked. A folded wheelchair with a passenger who can transfer into a vehicle seat is different from a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. A ramp, lift or travel while seated in a wheelchair requires explicit confirmation of an adapted vehicle.

If you are not at the pickup point when the included waiting time ends, your chauffeur tries all contact channels available in your booking. Additional waiting starts only after the included waiting time, at your request and with your agreement, and is charged at CHF 20 for each started 15-minute period, equivalent to CHF 80 per hour. If you remain absent and do not respond through any available channel, the affected journey is treated as a no-show and its full amount is retained. A separate return journey remains active unless it is also cancelled or becomes a no-show.

For a booking that has not been changed at your request, you receive a full refund when cancelled at least 24 hours before the original pickup time confirmed in the booking. A later flight delay does not move that deadline. Cancellation less than 24 hours before that time, or a passenger no-show, means the full amount for the affected journey is retained. If you request a booking change, review the applicable change and cancellation conditions with Express Transfer before accepting it.
